Building a Campus at the Mouth of Two Rivers Is Difficult but Not Impossible

The construction of a permanent campus of Rabindra University at the mouth of two rivers in Shahjadpur, Sirajganj, is difficult but not impossible, said the Vice-Chancellor of Rabindra University, Prof. Dr. Md. On June 19, 2022, in the evening, at Bangabhaban (the President\'s residence), during the exchange of views with the vice chancellors of 22 cluster public universities, the vice chancellor of Robi expressed such a hope. The President had a special talk with the Vice Chancellor of Rabindra University, and when asked about the university, the Vice Chancellor of Rabindra University presented to the President the current progress of the university, studies, and the way things were going.
The President expressed satisfaction over the progress and studies of Rabindra University and told the Vice-Chancellor of Robi, \"Although it is difficult to build a university campus at the mouth of two rivers, I think you can.\" Assuring the President, the Vice Chancellor of Rabindra University said, \"Even if it is difficult to build the campus of Rabindra University at the mouth of two rivers, we will be able to do it.\" At the same time, the President admired the decision of the cluster admission test and mentioned that in this case, the hardships of the admitted students and their parents will be alleviated a lot. The President expressed hope that the universities that were still out of the cluster admission test would also come under this cluster admission test. Vice-Chancellors of 22 cluster universities, including vice-Chancellors of Jagannath University and Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, were present on the occasion.
