Indian Assistant High Commissioner met Vice Chancellor of Rabindra University, Bangladesh. Rabindra University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shah Azam had a courtesy meeting with Manoj Kumar, Assistant High Commissioner of Indian High Commission.
After the meeting in the administrative building of Rabindra University, the Vice-Chancellor and the Assistant High Commissioner visited the newly constructed Studio Theater of Academic Building-1 of the University. The teachers and students of music department welcomed the vice chancellor and assistant high commissioner by performing music and dance.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shah Azam in the welcome speech has said that Bangladesh and India have very friendly relations. He highlighted the issues of India's contribution in the great liberation war of Bangladesh.
Assistant High Commissioner Manoj Kumar said that he was happy and enlightened to get the opportunity to come to Rabindra University. Bangladesh's educational-literary-cultural progress with India will remain intact. At the end of the discussion, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shah Azam and the Assistant High Commissioner visited the temporary campus of Rabindra University.
